Another photo of me has been requested because blogdog Perry hogs all the photos. I also have a story. It's a wonderful Christmas story and here it is:

HOW I CAME TO LIVE WITH PERRY - A CHRISTMAS STORY

For the first year and a half of my life, I lived on the corner of a busy street by a bus stop. We had a fenced front yard so I could greet humans walking by. One day, this bus driver noticed me. That often happens for I am a beautiful golden retriever!

Anyway, out of this bus driver’s pocket comes a biscuit! In fact, most days of the week, this bus driver brought me a biscuit when he was working. One day when my human was outside, the bus driver asked her if this was okay. Much to my happiness, she said “yes”. This guy also asked my name. She answered, “Elvis”.

One day, in early November, when the driver came by he saw a moving van in front of my house. My human owner just happened to be outside. The bus driver stopped the bus and asked, “Why is there a moving van out in front of your house?” The owner answered, “I’m selling my home and moving to a condominium.” Then he asked, “What will happen to Elvis?” She responded, “I can’t keep Elvis at my new condominium so I’m putting him up for adoption.” Then she asked the bus driver, “Are you interested in adopting Elvis?” He answered, “Yes.”

That same day, the bus driver came back for me and I went home with him. It just so happened that this new owner had a beagle. This beagle wasn’t so bad and he was my same age. We had to get a few “territorial” things straight at first, but now, we’re great bro’s! Get this, though, my bro’s name is “Crooner Perry Como” – and I’m “Elvis” – how funny!

We had a guest over on Sunday. His name is Franklyn and he's a Sheltie. He's now an "officially" added Blogdog. Franklyn just turned 2 and his manners are improving. He doesn't dart at cars as much as he used to. He is a handsome guy:)

Flying Dogs

Wow, Flying Dogs is awesome. Watch our You Tube choice.
It was a bit frustrating figuring out how to get Flying Dogs to materialize on the blog. Learning 2.0 had good instruction and voila - magic Flying Dogs.
